Do not buy American Furniture anything. I was just told by employee of Factory Direct “well that is our cheapest line”. No excuse for selling me a couch that will not even last a year. Just a month out of one year warranty and they can not help. That’s Poor customer service.
Lots of variety, great prices, and some of the best sales people. The owner is very personable and makes you feel like family!

I throughly enjoyed the service I received. Ms Kiera is the best salesperson ever! She is a woman of her word.💯💯💯 actually all of the employees are courteous! I wound recommend this store to all my friends.
Salespeople were awesome but we bought a sofa,love seat an recliner from them on a Friday were told it would be delivered the following Tuesday, they called us on that day an said there was a mix up an our furniture was in New Orleans an it would be Friday before they could deliver it. Friday our sofa an recliner was delivered but they said our love seat was still in New Orleans. Yes we are highly aggravated about this an will probably never shop here again. Word of mouth goes a lot further than advertising js
