Horrible You can NEVER get a hold of them
Once again like most other customers they do not answer phone and do not respond to emails. Last chance and will have credit card dispute
Like many other reviewers have said, they are unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Two of the three roller shades I ordered don’t work. Avoid this company.
Customer service is horrible. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. One of the blinds I just bought broke already. They will not open. I give up with this company.
Zero Customer Service -- only contact is by email and they don't reply. After 5 email complaints from me they finally replied and then lied about when I first contacted them by email, even though I have my Sent emails as proof.
