I sent my car in for repairs after hitting a deer and my experience with Factory Collision Center was amazing. They constantly kept me updated on my vehicle and did a great job with the repairs which only took a little over a week. They also worked directly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend them.
I have never had a car accident and working with these pros was perfect. My car had lots of damage and they fixed it all and got my car back to me ASAP! Only 10 days without my ride! The ladies in the front of the store were so impressive and I found this place by asking on my town FB page Patrick Tully messaged me and all went smooth from there. 10 stars
Had my car towed here after an accident and was extremely happy with the work done,not a shop you'll have to chase down for answers about your car, they kept me updated so often I never even had to call. They were able to get my parts and get everything done alot sooner than I was expecting and everything's been great since I got it. Definitley recommend them.
