We received excellent service from the team at Factory Classics! They were courteous, kind and professional at all times during our interactions. They were up front and honest with us about necessary services and parts that were required and were very reasonable with their fees. Our Mercedes was then returned to us in pristine condition, inside and out. We would highly recommend Factory Classics for all your vehicle needs.
I would like to say thank you to these folks as I am 100% pleased with the service they helped me on. This is a family owned business with great customer service. My GL450 was in dire need of TLC. I am ashamed to say I let it go for a few years other than oil changes. It needed attention and it is my fault. They took my vehicle for a week as the list was long. On 8-2-23 I was looking for a used SAAB 9-3 convertible I found a 2007 SAAB 9-3 Aero Turbo at Factory Classics.
