These guys offer clean cars at a good price! Tammy helped me and did not rush the sales process at all. She took the time to answer all my questions and made buying a car at this family owned business the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Not many car lots treat their customers as well as these folks do. I love to buy local when I can and I will definitely be back to see them when I need my next car. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
We received excellent service from the team at Factory Classics! They were courteous, kind and professional at all times during our interactions. They were up front and honest with us about necessary services and parts that were required and were very reasonable with their fees. Our Mercedes was then returned to us in pristine condition, inside and out. We would highly recommend Factory Classics for all your vehicle needs.
I would like to say thank you to these folks as I am 100% pleased with the service they helped me on. This is a family owned business with great customer service. My GL450 was in dire need of TLC. I am ashamed to say I let it go for a few years other than oil changes. It needed attention and it is my fault. They took my vehicle for a week as the list was long.
