The service technician just wanted his service fee, and made no effort to do the work, saying that we should buy a new oven. He said the part I needed was discontinued. I found 5 sites that had the part. I asked him that if I found the part, would he put it in. He said that he would, but when I called, he never returned my call. He was rude and condescending and made several rude comments. I would stay away from this company.
