Beautiful apartment very spacious and palatial.
Factors Row was a great property. Be advised that there is no on-site parking. Street parking is $3 per hour, but free from 7PM until 8AM. There's an in and out uncovered parking lot directly across the street that costs $30 per day is you reserve a spot ahead of your visit by using SpotHero. You'll need to have the license plate of your vehicle handy. We booked the 2 bedroom 2 story. It was fabulous! My only complaint was that the beds were a bit low to the ground and the mattress was way too firm. Otherwise everything was ... read more
Pros- Close to Bourbon St and other attractions. Cons - Not very clean Window do not open in some rooms so the room can damp after a shower. I caught a worker spraying air fresher around instead of actually cleaning the room. There is no security at the building
