We booked this Airbnb with check-in confirmed for 10–11 AM. Despite completing the ID verification form multiple times (via Airbnb and Messenger), we kept receiving duplicate requests. After an 11-hour drive, we arrived only to be told check-in would not be available until 4 PM, directly contradicting our confirmed time. With no lobby or lounge, we were left sitting on the pavement with our bags until a resident let us inside around 3:30 PM. A spacious, well-laid-out apartment that made an excellent base for exploring New Orleans. The in-unit washer/dryer was very handy, though an airer for delicates would have been useful. The kitchen was well equipped, and overall, we wished we’d had more time here. That said, there were concerns. Water stains above the bed were disconcerting. !!! Had a room booked week in advance flew from Massachusetts arrived and there was no room available they said it was a credit card issue called my credit card no issue with card issue was they over booked or some building issue.They didn't even call!! We arrived with children and were turned away. They kept saying they didn't charge our card. Crazy took a couple hours and was able to find different lodging. Dont book here
This place sucks! The customer service is slow and abysmal and they don’t have any type of contingency plan for when things don’t work out the way that it should. I’ve been waiting outside the luggage room for 30 minutes and they still haven’t solved the issue of supplying me with the wrong code for the room! They don’t answer the phone. They just send you a message saying they saw you called! Hector never answered the phone so what exactly was he doing? Just stupid!
