The only downside are a lack of parking. You can opt for valet service from the nearby hotel or park at the convention center lot. They are under new management, and with that came some confusion. I was emailed multiple door codes, all wrong. Our room door code was also wrong. However, the rooms are absolutely beautiful!

Absolutely terrible experience. First we arrive and the code we have been given for the front door doesn’t work, so we are stranded on the street. Then we finally get inside with the help of a stranger. We make our way up to our rooms and those codes don’t work either. There are people staying in the rooms we were told were ours in our confirmation. They told us the wrong rooms. We get new room numbers. The codes still don’t work. Stay at the LAFAYETTE NEW ORLEANS BY KASA. It’s a much nicer, cleaner, more historic, and more luxurious hotel for a better price. One night at Roami was almost $250, and the amenities looked awful. We stayed one night at the KASA hotel for only $100. It’s a far better value and in a much better location. Roami is a scam. Me and my husband were looking for a place to stay during our road trip through america. We made our reservation not knowing that you have to be over 22 which i am not but my husband is. they told us to cancel the reservation and make another one in my husbands name. this made no sense to me but i trusted the process.
