Great staff! I toured the place on Monday, got everything signed, and then moved in Friday. Very accommodating people who actually care about you and your living space. I’ve worked with many different rental companies and this is by far the best!
I moved in Nov. 1st. So far I have enjoyed living here. The apartments are really nice, the hallways are clean. It is a quiet building too. Management has been good to me so far. I have no complaints.
I have heard and dealt with many horrible management companies. this is not one of them. Very understanding and are on top of every little issue. the easiest move I have ever had and the terms they have are very reasonable and great people. Any property we see factor on we know is a quality place and will be held to a high standard of living which we love. Sheri and Alyssa are the best and so happy to have factor made this process so easy! If you see a factor when you want to rent just know you are in good hands.
