I’ve had a good experience living here at Warren Townhomes. The house is clean, modern, affordable and in an ideal location. Management is pleasant to work with, and the only issue I’ve had so far, a leak in the dishwasher, was promptly dealt with. My only criticism is that I was not able to extend my lease longer as another group has signed a lease for the fall.
I’ve had a great experience. The staff is so kind, professional, and always quick to help. Anytime I had an issue or question, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was satisfied. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents. I’m really happy I chose to live here.
They definitely leave out important details while showing places. I work night shift and was told once I picked up my keys that I can’t hang up curtains or put holes in the wall for curtains. I was never told the place did not have A/C and when I called about it I was told “Well we didn’t list it in the advertisement” like let’s be so for real. Ever since Factor has taken over our apartment complex, things have improved so much. They actually care, they do work to fix issues, they respond quickly. Things are getting fixed that have been in poor condition for years. I really appreciate seeing a company who cares and is doing the work to make for safe and happy living spaces for people. It's rare to see these days! Thank you.
Lovely building! It is very clean, and everything is well maintained. There are a lot of amenities, such as a pet washing station, storage units available to rent for cheap, a rooftop patio, and a gym. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming since I moved in (11/11/25). The building is next to a small pond and is also within walking distance of a Hy-Vee.
