Very friendly and professional, getting the apartment was informative and made very easy. My daughter and I felt valued and confident in taking this step in finding our new home, it is beautiful and a great place to live. We have peace of mind knowing that the property is always taken care of and if any problem should arise it will be dealt with in a quick and professional manner. I can only hope everyone can have the great experience we had in finding our new home.
Great place to live! The interior and exterior are very well kept. Maintenance and management respond promptly to any issues or concerns. The apartments have up-to-date appliances, and everything is designed with the renter in mind. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here and would highly recommend it.
I’ve had a good experience living here at Warren Townhomes. The house is clean, modern, affordable and in an ideal location. Management is pleasant to work with, and the only issue I’ve had so far, a leak in the dishwasher, was promptly dealt with. My only criticism is that I was not able to extend my lease longer as another group has signed a lease for the fall.
I moved into my apartment about a month ago, and I’ve been loving it so far! The management team is incredibly helpful whenever I have questions. One day, I was looking for a printer and asked Carrie W if there was one in my building. When she told me there wasn’t, she offered to print my documents for me at another location that had a printer. I’ve had a great experience. The staff is so kind, professional, and always quick to help. Anytime I had an issue or question, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was satisfied. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents. I’m really happy I chose to live here.
