I’ve had a good experience living here at Warren Townhomes. The house is clean, modern, affordable and in an ideal location. Management is pleasant to work with, and the only issue I’ve had so far, a leak in the dishwasher, was promptly dealt with. My only criticism is that I was not able to extend my lease longer as another group has signed a lease for the fall.
Lovely building! It is very clean, and everything is well maintained. There are a lot of amenities, such as a pet washing station, storage units available to rent for cheap, a rooftop patio, and a gym. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming since I moved in (11/11/25). The building is next to a small pond and is also within walking distance of a Hy-Vee. Deanna and others have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure that my tenant experience is nothing short of excellent. The staff is always helpful, polite and available. This has been an enjoying living experience thanks to the staff. They are phenomenal!
