This firm helped us with a major kitchen remodel. They are extremely professional and thorough with incredible attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. There are always some bumps in the road and these guys hung in there with us and got the job done. The longer we live in our "new" space the more we love it.
We searched for almost two years to find the right design group to do a full gut remodel and addition to our bungalow while also keeping all the charm and classic aspects of the house. We used Factor for a major renovation this past year and are very happy with the results. The best parts: a) They kept on schedule and completed our 10 month project earlier than expected; b) when problems arose (renovating a 100 year old house - there WILL be problems and if your contractor says that there won't be - run from them) they communicated quickly and effectively.
