While approaching an accident on westbound I-70 and Quebec St., on Wednesday 04/08 at 545 PM. Most drivers were merging in a orderly and safe manner when the driver of this vehicle sped up from behind and cut me off last second and almost hit me and then sped off in a high rate of speed ( probably 20 more than the posted limit). I hope the company knows how much of a liability this driver is and addresses it accordingly before he causes an accident and seriously hurt someone.
