I have Been working with Factor for over 10yrs, their quality and craftsmanship is unmatched, they go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy and satisfied. Their jobs are ran smoothly and efficiently to get it done within their deadline.
Beyond horrible experience from start to "finish" on a multi-million dollar project in Boulder. We have built multiple very high-end homes over the years and this company was a next level nightmare to work with and their final work product was embarrassing. While approaching an accident on westbound I-70 and Quebec St., on Wednesday 04/08 at 545 PM. Most drivers were merging in a orderly and safe manner when the driver of this vehicle sped up from behind and cut me off last second and almost hit me and then sped off in a high rate of speed ( probably 20 more than the posted limit). I hope the company knows how much of a liability this driver is and addresses it accordingly before he causes an accident and seriously hurt someone.
