We started to work with Factor in March 2025 to plan and build a pop top renovation to our 1922 Bungalow in Congress Park. Beyond horrible experience from start to "finish" on a multi-million dollar project in Boulder. We have built multiple very high-end homes over the years and this company was a next level nightmare to work with and their final work product was embarrassing. They have no pride in their work quality and they can't keep their employees long-term. Their project managers and owners couldn't care less about quality control, its all about the money.
