I’ve come here a couple times before and Cole took care of me. They did just fine and were kind to me…this complaint is not about them. Couple of days ago I tried to make an appt through the online portal. Tried two different time slots to make an appt with Dani, kept getting error messages, and then the slots would disappear. Absolutely love this place Ariel is my stylist but everyone there is so cool I got color and extensions and I love them!!!
Went to dani, Spent 6 hours and 145 for my hair to look like this. Then I went back for another 2 HOURS and had them retone because this obviously isn’t it. It’s now a slate gray when I wanted silver, and the rebleaching they did, isn’t even blonde, it’s a light brown that’s still showing through my hair. All before a big event I need to attend. Never going there again. One is Inspo pic, the other is my hair after the 1st session. Second pic is after 2nd.
This place is AMAZING! nobody else cuts curly my hair better than Joy the Curl Stylist!
I know people say hairstylists aren’t magicians, but Arie might actually be one. Thank you thank youuuu! 🖤
