The customer service was unreal! They care about you and the product that they are selling. Jason and Shaun showed pride in there products and explained everything to you before pulling it off the lot. Highly recommended if you are looking at a boat/pantoon to purchase. You will not go wrong or will not be disappointed in the product.
Jason was great. Im in California and wanted to get his opinion of the zs212. He had no problem taking time out of his day to answer my questions. I wish faction was my local dealer. I highly recommend Faction Marine.
Jason and Shaun went the extra mile to get a replacement prop for me over the 4th of July weekend to save our family vacation! Outstanding customer service and I would highly recommend them to anybody with a wakeboard or surf boat.
Jason and James are awesome and were incredibly helpful in the (major) process of buying our first boat. James gave us honest opinions and information and wasn't pushy at all -- we knew he just wanted us to absolutely LOVE our boat. (And as a pro-wakesurfer, he knows his stuff.) The customer service was excellent and almost 3 years later, we still receive great support from Jason and James. We are VERY satisfied customers and cannot recommend faction enough!
