UNIX System Administrator I have had two autos requiring body repairs and repainting. Both quotes I received from Fact-O-Bake were much less than other Pensacola Paint and Body shops AND, the resulting body work and repainting were both SUPERIOR in my estimation. The paint matched perfectly and no one can tell that either of the cars ever had any repair nor re-painting. I would recommend FACT-O-BAKE to all my friends if they want superior workmanship with guarantees.
A brought my corvette in four years ago not even the first year it started chipping everywhere and desolved in some places that water would sit they said they could do it and well they were wrong very disappointed took alot of money too
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The way the salesman talked to me was unbelievable not to mention the horrible paint job that I receieved! I would never recommend them to anyone.

They were very nice when they got my information told me what I wanted to hear as far as yes we will make it look like new. I asked for a paint job and for it not to be painted in the wrong places or on the rubber seals. But when I picked up my car there was paint on the rubber seals when I asked for close taping. There were drip marks everywhere. My black grill was painted white. They did take care of some of the drip marks. Which then delayed the pick up of my car. My car is not a classic and all I wanted was the dents to be taken out, rust bodo and a good paint. They did not repair some of body corrosion as agreed to. They left my car outside, that I half stripped and let it rust. After they agreeded to keep in a garage. Then they complained about all the rust work (they caused and showed me pictures). Paint all over the truck rear window. No primer. The Paint on the hood and roof chipped and fadded in less than 1 year. Poor quality of work. I would try someone else. Then they never tried to run my good check and turned it over to a collection agency. I had to get a letter from the collection agency stating this was a mistake from factobake and it would not show up on my credit report.
