En lo personal no la recomiendo ya que me vendieron una recámara dañada y llamé y no obtuve repuesta alguna si no asta k pasaron los días para que así la garantía se terminara y ellos salir limpios y no cambiar la recámara 😏😔
Horrible service our table leg came broken and we been calling asking for a update for two weeks they haven’t reached out once we been having too call them and ask what’s going on I wouldn’t recommend this place to no family or friends I haven’t had my dinner table for two weeks already
I brought a five piece dinning room nook for $500.00 plus tax I caught it on sale and had been paying lay-a-way payments. When I went to make a payment for $50.00, I was charged the remainder of my balance which was $398.00 they stated that they accidentally charged me. Thank God I was able to accept the charge are I would've not known what to do (which was charged to my credit card) 🤨 all she could say was sorry lady sorry is not going to help me. Maria and Suzy were very helpful in ordering the furniture and customizing the fabrics! I got to customize this couch with Barcelona Cinnabar fabric, buttons only in the middle, unpainted wood trim, and the wavy back for a fantastic price and it looks incredible! Even when there was a small mix-up, they responded quickly and fixed it for free! I'm likely to order dining chairs from them soon, too.
