Not to invalidate any other review but I had no trouble booking through groupon. I hope she isn’t worn out from providing discounts on groupon & the quality of service hasn’t changed since I’ve been because I had a great experience when I came. She was so sweet & had light conversation that didn’t make you feel uncomfortable. I didn’t experience much pain and she tried to make it quick . I appreciated her and would like to book again.
I was gifted a Groupon voucher for this establishment. Called to make an appointment was told she would call me back after she found my name like she couldn’t find it while I was on the phone. I never received a call back . I am a generous tipper and my friend has been going to this hole in the wall for years . After reading the reviews I’m glad my call was forwarded to voicemail I’m not getting my kitty waxed in no one’s basement .
Unprofessional, lack of communication
Location is in a hood apartment. I feared my car was gonna get broken into and she has a really bad attitude . Not professional at all
