Some extremely confrontational and unprofessional "gentleman" in your cute little white suv decided it was his duty to accuse me of not having a permit for an orange barrel blocking an alley where we were doing work on 54th & Clarke. His attempt to confront instead of communicating effectively, while in uniform and in a company vehicle was pathetic and unprofessional. Do better.
