This gym is right below my apartment and the noise is crazy. I’m shaken awake by people throwing weights into the floor in the morning. It’s like living through an earthquake—daily. I understand people want to work out, but there needs to be a balance between fitness and basic respect for others. Please invest in proper soundproofing or change the workshop to a more reasonable hour. Right now, it just feels selfish and inconsiderate.

The sound of the gym equipment dropping on the floor is really loud & annyoing in the morning. It wakes me up very early even on weekends, and I am on one of the top floors. Please use proper gym mats!
Staff and community members are rude and disrespectful. They also create too much noise banging weights and yelling non stop.
Facilities is a cut above the rest. One session in and you’ll be hooked. Ally and Matt are the best in the business all you need to do is show up and you’ll sweat, cry and laugh your way to results.
