Gaby captured my attention when her business profile stated that she is not the type that will only put ointment on my face. We were excited to book our first facial. We booked 2 weeks in advance and got the confirmation text 2 days prior and we confirmed through text and got confirmation of our confirmation. We were all set to go then the morning of our appointment I got a text and email early that day saying our appointment was canceled. I then got a text from Gaby saying she never got confirmation from us and she had a last min emergency. I sent her the screenshots of the confirmation. We ended up booking elsewhere.
