This was the worst experience of my life. She gave me second degree burns when I went in for laser hair removal. Initial treatments resulted in first degree burns and when I brought it to her attention she said that it is okay and kept increasing the intensity despite knowing she was giving me first degree burns and I had to pull the plug once I got second degree burns.
