Such a great group! They truly take care of you from the time you walk in to the time you leave! This was my first surgery ever and they made it a breeze! My post procedure instructions where super clear and they even checked in after to see how I was doing! The work was top notch!!! Highly highly recommend!!!
Nursing staff was great. Dr. P was knowledgeable but was a mean about it. Lacks bedside manner could have said the same thing nicer and with an apology. Also told me no after I had already been told yes. All he did was create a panic attack for me. Would not choose him again. Being a surgeon doesn’t make you god. Everyone else outside of him super nice.

I absolutely love the staff, from when I walked in to the time I left. Kudos on your staff!!! I am always nervous for any procedure, but they made me feel very comfortable. I've known Dr. P since my days at TMC back in 2000 as a Credentialer which Is why I chose him. Dr. Castillo (I'm a forever fan). I had my surgery on Friday and I had ABSOLUTELY no pain. Never had to take pain meds. I checked my mouth to make sure the tooth was gone, LOL. Amazing, Caring and wonderful staff! Thank you all for all your hard work.
Can’t say enough about the experience I’ve had with Dr. P and his team. They’ve gone well above and beyond in trying to help me diagnose an issue I’m having with my jaw. Dr. P has literally spent hours of his own time working with me and Eileen has been an amazing resource and advocate in maneuvering my insurance. This is our second time with Facial Spectrum, the first bring my daughters wisdom teeth removal, which was also a great experience. Highly recommend!
Cares about patients and their well being
Every one at the office was so friendly and caring. They took great care my son and would highly recommend them.
I went in to get two teeth extracted. I am very difficult to numb up and was a little anxious. I told them my concerns and right away they made sure to explain everything. They were very welcoming and informative the entire time. I felt like they cared for me as a person not just a client on their to do list. I would definitely recommend them!
