I saw Dr. O'Mara for 2 surgeries, one was for MOHS reconstruction and the other was for a deviated septum reconstruction and he was wonderful both times. He has a kind personality and he took very good care of me. He called to check on me the evening of the surgeries and his staff is friendly as well.
