What a dreadful company to deal with. This is the 2nd time they have delivered the wrong product to me. Last time they did this they did not refund the postage to me despite providing them with a docket for the postage & several requests to pay the refund. Now i cannot access my account to report the issue because the link to log into my account cannot be found - error 404. Customer service = non existent.

I do wish I had of read the reviews before ordering. Taking my sale was easy for them, the items were sent out in great time, but I had received the incorrect item, no worries I emailed to let them know and they pretty much made me out to be a liar, had to fill out a form to say I got the incorrect item and to check at my neighbour’s house etc to see if it was “accidentally put there”, it felt like they just couldn’t believe the wrong item was sent, anyway, fine filled the form out and sent off. Absolutely disgraceful service. After years of being a loyal customer my make-up delivery did not arrive. I have been chasing these replacement products for 2 months now and get vague responses of , "we are investigating ". Do not use this company

I ordered straighteners and product from this company, then I read the reviews. I was freaking out worried I had been scammed because of all the bad reviews. I am happy to say everything arrived very fast. I will be buying from this company again, thank you :)
