Went there years ago for the 3rd time. First 2 times were great. My brows looked amazing. 3rd time got combo brow/eyeliner. Well, needless to say when the tech is psyching herself up to do your eyeliner saying "Ok Jane, you can do this" I should have known I was in trouble. Years later my eyeliner still looks uneven with a big blob of ink in the middle of my lower eyelid and then a line. It looks like a tadpole.
