About three years ago, I visited this practice as I had trouble hearing from one side. Dr Green determined that I likely needed surgery to handle a small bone in my ear. He referred me to a place to get a scan of my ears which I did and which did cost me quite a bit of money. After that I attempted to make an appointment with Dr Green twice. Receptionist overcharged me and had to waste time calling billing dpt for a refund. Spent 30mins in office waiting with no one there for the "doctor" to see me for 3 mins. They have the nerve to list 45-90 min appointment for insurance when I showed up early and they made me wait just so they could bill my insurance and me more. Horrible customer service skills. Horrible practice. Won't be back and will make sure to continue leaving negative feedback all over social media and my neighbors. Will be contacting the BBB.
Very disappointing, waited 25 minutes in the exam room before the doctor came in,was ready to walk out ,they never sent over my prescription to the pharmacy, called the office next morning, said they would call me right back with an answer and of course they didn't called later basically just waisted my time definitely won't be back.
Dr Morgan is great but the scheduling department is horrible. Takes a dozen calls to get the time, location of a surgery, what to expect before and after, it's a big secret for some reason. Asked for first appointment got after 2pm, unacceptable. Was told Baycare was the location.. .???.... could we be more specific please? 5 more phone calls the day before surgeryand just one hour before closing we finally got the address.
