Dr. Shagets and his staff could not have been more gracious and considerate during my visits for facial reconstruction surgery following a MOHS procedure. The staff are all incredibly nice and welcoming.. they make you feel happy with your decision before you even meet your surgeon. I was in the Carl Junction Tornado. Couldn't find my Lytera lotion. Long story short, the girls talked to the Lytera represenative and I was given a new bottle. How wonderful is that for Dr Shagget's aesthetic team to help me out. From the front desk to the nurse's in the back, to Dr Shaggests, his patient's are treated like royalty. Dr Shagets is a very gifted plastic surgeon. I highly recommend him. I have been to ps's in Wichita, Tulsa, and KC, and Dr Shagets is far and above the best in his field.
