I was denied my appointment at the OB in July of 2025 as a returning patient with an important medical need by the front desk lady. When I told them I needed to update my insurance, she took a look and said that I needed to have the words "Facey" listed on it in order to be seen. It's funny. I paid more this time around for a new plan in order to have a broader range of doctors and care available to me and ironically I get told by the only doctor's office I've been seeing for years that I cannot be seen. I contacted this place at least ten times to try to Speak to someone about my pain. A nurse keeps putting me on hold and they say she is in the phone with another patient for over a week. Asked to speak to manager and they still told me she will call me back but never did. I cannot believe they practice without love or care for people. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place

If I could give this place a lower rating than one star I would. My husband and I came here for our first pregnancy and we were completely discriminated against. The first Dr we saw was an NP and she came in fully judging my husband and I for how young we looked and how shocked we were that we were having a baby. Again this was our first pregnancy so we had no idea the steps and what to do, and she made us feel like we were incompetent. Girl in front desk with uneven eyebrows is the most rudest person ever. Maybe she has never had a customer service job and doesn’t know how to talk to clients? I dont know but walking in that office is not welcoming due to her. I know its early in the morning but you dont take out your stress on the client lady. She worked 9/17 at around 8 AM.

I went today for an ENT appointment. I simply had a conversation and visual inspection. But if I had gone to say Cedar Sinai or another place I know more would of been done and exams and procedures would have happened done on me. I thought this was a very poor quality office for medical issues. Wont be returning.
