Horrible experience. Customer service sucks. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment when they have you sit and wait 30 mins past your appointment time.
Ease of using for lab work
I moved to Santa Clarita 2 years ago and have not been impressed with any medical services I have received in this city. Everything takes 2 months to get an appointment. I’m trying to establish as a new patient at this facility and twice now I have made an appointment and they call a couple weeks ahead of time and say they have to reschedule it for 2 months later. I’m sick of it. I think I’ve now been waiting over 4 months to be seen. What a joke.
