Dr. Gan provided me with one of the most through eye exams I've ever had she is extremely efficient, professional, and kind. She goes above and beyond, highly recommend!!!!
I wish I could give this place no stars. Absolutely the most useless medical office in all of Santa Clarita. Doctors that have zero knowledge about anything and all they do is prescribe medication and see you a year to a year and a half later. Appointments are 3 to 4 months out like they expect you to stay sick and in pain while you wait for your appointment time.
Facey Medical Group administration is incompetent. I have a very good Dr. there, but the problem is I can’t make an appointment to see him. There’s no time reserved on the Dr.’s daily schedule for emergency appointments. Good luck trying to see your Dr. the same week. It feels like they just fill the appointment slots like it’s some subscription business, hence the long waits. Love the nice people in the lab! I especially look forward to seeing decorations in the lab. It can be very cold and dreary and there is no window . Makes me feel better too. I am here weekly
