Dr Henze is a legend! Phenomenal bedside manner; allowing me to feel extremely comfortable and reassured. I had 4 x wisdom tooth extractions under General Anaesthesia. His team are friendly and welcoming as well. Thank you so much!
I am from Perth but based in Japan. My bottom right wisdom tooth was causing me pain, so I visited a specialist. After taking X-rays and CT scans, I was informed that while both teeth are usually extracted, removing the bottom left wisdom tooth would be too dangerous and the specialist was not confident about removing the right tooth either. Absolutely outstanding service from Dr Henze and his staff at Faceworx. Dr Henze looked after myself and my siblings. We couldn't recommend more!!
There is a chance, the receptionist might cancel your appointment without any explanation. And to cover up the idiocy, they lie to your face by telling you that they talked with imaginary you (which they never did) to move your appointment. So, double-check with them about your appointment and good luck.
