Very unprofessional and bad customer service. Didn't bother showing up to our agreed upon appointment. Update: texted me and harrased about leaving a negative review. Called me names and was rude. Told me that she doesn't want me as a client AFTER I made it very clear that I would definitely not waste any more time honoring my commitment when she doesn't.
Very professional, accommodating, and friendly. I am quite selective when it comes to beauty services, and Shelly is definitely qualified. I found her through a Groupon offer, but will be returning.
I have had multiple procedures done at face up. First, the space is so relaxing. She is top notch on what she does and so very accommodating to rescheduling due to my crazy schedule. I am 50 years old and spent way to much time in the sun. Shelly encouraged me to try micro needling. I was skeptical at first, but now after 3 treatments. My face and my neck look amazing. The lines in my neck have smoothed and I am astounded at the difference. I am also a huge fan of microdermabrasion and the effects in has on my skin. She has ... read more
