This review is a little overdue however a couple months back I got my hair done by Jolie. Jolie is the best and I would recommend her to anybody as her customer centric values are presented not only through her amazing attitude but also the end result of my hair. I couldn’t have asked for my hair to look any better than it does! She listened and provided exactly what I was looking to have. Eva was so patient and listened to me and corrected a horrible cut by my former stylist. She took time and knew how to cut my hair to give me the style I wanted.
REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SALON!!! I was charged for an extra gloss service that I never asked for or consented to at my last appointment. When I questioned about the extra charge...they never gave me a straight answer and pretty much showed me the door as there were other customers behind me. This was a repeat appointment to fix my haircut as the stylist didn't give me the cut I asked for (I even showed pictures) and basically told me she knows better than I and cut my hair to however she wanted it.
