We saw this place online and drove from 3 hours away just to be ignored. Three employees looked at us as we passed them by in the small showroom. After walking around for 15 minutes without acknowledgement, I finally called one over who said we needed an appointment. I explained we came from 3 hours away. We did pass the receptionist twice who didn't ask us if we wanted an appointment. We also passed the other salesperson who held open the door for us on the way out without saying a word. Good showroom. Very nice employees. Helpful in getting you the product you want. Good product knowledge. You need an appointment. Nothing has changed. If you are picking up an order, put on your patience hat.
