One of my rings needed fixing because I lost a stone. The owner, Richard talked to me in person and assured me he will get the ring back to it previous glory. He sure delivered! With a reasonable bill as well! I can't tell what stone got replaced!
We had a few pieces of jewelry that needed to be fixed. One was a ring with a family heirloom diamond in it so I was hesitant to just leave it anywhere to be fixed. The diamond kept coming loose and It needed to be fixed without interfering with the style of the ring. We went in and met with the owner Richard who does all the work himself. Small store with a big selection! No joke! If they don't have it (which isn't likely) they will find it or design it for you! I have a beautiful pear shaped diamond engagement ring that they guided my now husband on (these guys know what they are doing - my ring is stunning!). For my wedding ring - I was very confused on what I wanted. I didn't want to take away from my beautiful engagement ring.
