Out of the three appointments I’ve had with them, two have been cancelled as I pulled into the parking lot. The one time I was able to get my eyebrows done there, I loved it, but getting cancelled on repeatedly has ruined the experience for me. They have to adjust how they schedule appointments so they can fulfill the ones they make.

Got my brows and lashes done here! They’re really nice and professional, the services were really well done. Will definitely be returning.

Made an appointment for a facial. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment- the door was locked. I called the store a couple of times until the owner picked up and told me there was an emergency and said that the woman who was going to do my facial couldn't make it. I was of course upset. The owner said she'd call me back to let me know what they "could do for me". It's been about a month and still haven't heard from them.
