This place has gone downhill which is really sad. The new owner was talking about employee conduct at the reception which is very unprofessional. Clients come to relax and have a spa treatment not to hear about employees. I very disappointed and will head elsewhere from now on.

Update: mind this would be my third time getting my nails done ever. I think the most upsetting thing about this experience was that the staff literally gaslighted me into thinking I was going to have pink sparkly nails then when I confronted them they never offered any type of resolution… Went to Nancy nails, which is where I usually go and staff there has always been way more accommodating and friendly, and they had a perfect pink colour thankfully that they put on top and the nails ended up how I wanted but had to pay $60... read more

My first experience with Corinne was excellent. Quality work and timely service. I was told she was no longer available three weeks later which was unfortunate because she was experienced. My second visit 3 weeks later was terrible. Three hours for a manicure and pedicure. I was up charged for correcting sloppy work and polish removal was not included and without being advised first for those extra charges. I have been going to Faces for regular pedicures and the occasional eyebrow wax for years. Jasmyne is so amazingly skilled and a wonderful human. The space itself is so clean, uses great products, and offers a lot of different services.
