Great Place – Gail was a pleasure to work with. Gail is detail oriented and really knows her products well. She helped me with skin care products and make up from her Faces Beautiful line that are fabulous. She is such an impressive business woman and I love to watch her interact with all her clients. She remembers everyone and greets them like they are family. It is a wonderful skin care, hair care or shopping experience anytime I walk into Gail's store.
A whole new look!! – I had my wedding hair and makeup done there last month, and I must say I have never met a more professional team of artists. The place itself is beautiful, the staff is comprised of all beautiful ladies. I did happen to notice that they changed their name to FacesBeautiful. I am not exactly sure why. Good staff, owner...okay – I've been to this place a couple of times and each time I've seen great results. The staff is very nice and talented, and will go back again :-) Although, the owner (or head manager) doesn't seem to be that nice at all. She acted like I was bothering her. I don't know, it might of been a miss understanding, but over all, that is the only down side to the place.
bad customer service experience – I am getting married next year and I met Gail at Beautiful Faces. I had heard some good things from friends of mine, but I found the atmosphere very cold and uninviting. I just wanted more guidance, as I do not wear a lot of make-up and know nothing about taking care of my face. My questions were answered rudely. I felt overwhelmed by the overall experience. Also, there is such a large assortment of products. I found it totally confusing.
