I had an excellent experience at Facelook! The business was really professional, clean, and well-organized from the time I came in. My appointment was well planned, and I didn't have to wait long before having my haircut. My barber was Jose, and he did an excellent job. I have had my hair cut by Jeff twice, and unfortunately neither experience met my expectations. The second time, I had actually made an appointment with Carlos, but he wasn't available, so I ended up going with Jeff again. Both times I explained the style and length I wanted, but the top was left much longer than requested and the haircut lacked the sharp, clean finish I was looking for. Overall great experience! I had my haircut done by Jeff. He paid very good attention to detail and gave me the style exactly as I envisioned it. He didn’t rush through the haircut and made sure to double check with me as he did it. Towards the end, I received a facial massage with oils and a hot towel. The environment is friendly and welcoming. The inside of the shop is clean and spotless, good lighting and plenty of mirrors.
