After hearing good things from others and speaking with Dr. Perlman about hormone pellet therapy I decided to give it a try. I was Menopausal for 10 years with NO issues, menstrual cycles, spotting...NOTHING! Received the pellet in February and by May was experiencing menstrual cycles! Still having issues. Scared me to death and went to my OBGYN for a pap smear and found nothing was wrong. Unless you LOVE having your menstrual cycle again, do NOT get Hormone Pellets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Pearlman did an amazing job on my filler. My face was not proportional in certain spots, so he added fillers to the areas needed to achieve a natural and more proportional aesthetic.

Dr. Perlman and his staff are excellent! On January 17, 2022 I had a facelift and neck lift. Dr. Perlman explained my procedure and made me feel very comfortable. My recover is going very well and have been back several times for follow-ups. One day I had a small issue with some mild bleeding. I emailed the doctor and he saw me the same day and resolved the issue. I am healing very well and each day I can see the wonderful results of his artistry.
