Hetal is very experienced in what she does. She’s fast and a true pro. I love my eyebrows every time I go to her! In my opinion, the faster the better.. less time in pain 🤣. Overall, she always makes sure her hospitality is warm and welcoming to everyone. Everyone is very sweet!
It was my first time doing my brows ever, I let the lady know that I usually do them at home and wax them at home and the shape should be straight eye brows with a slight small tail still left for length and to look full. But when I told her she said okay and the final product looks completely ARCHED! They’re just randomly plucking a few extra hairs and even leaving two or three behind. There’s no proper shape at all — it doesn’t even feel like I got my eyebrows done. For just removing a few stray hairs, I could easily do it myself at home. This is the third time now. Honestly, it feels like a waste of money.
I had a very disappointing experience with the threading service. The lady who did my eyebrows completely messed up the shape. When I politely asked her to correct it, she was extremely rude instead of being helpful. She kept blaming my eyebrow hair, saying I have less hair and that’s why it looks like that, rather than taking responsibility for the poor work. Customer service matters as much as skill, and unfortunately both were lacking here.
Absolutely amazing experience every time! The entire team is so kind, welcoming, and truly talented at what they do. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, and the results are always flawless. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else — highly recommend!
