I had a very disappointing experience with the threading service. The lady who did my eyebrows completely messed up the shape. When I politely asked her to correct it, she was extremely rude instead of being helpful. She kept blaming my eyebrow hair, saying I have less hair and that’s why it looks like that, rather than taking responsibility for the poor work. Customer service matters as much as skill, and unfortunately both were lacking here.
Absolutely amazing experience every time! The entire team is so kind, welcoming, and truly talented at what they do. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, and the results are always flawless. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else — highly recommend!
If Jai isn’t working, don’t waste your time. The other lady is very RUDE and lack customer service skills!!! I will not be returning
I have been coming here for the past 2 years and I do love the service they give me, but the problem here is the staff. There is a young Indian female worker that does waxing and hair and facials. I came there with my sister and she took my sister back for a shampoo and I asked the front desk if I could go see my sister and they allowed it. When I went back, this worker said “why are you here, go.” It was very abrupt and rude.
Iam coming to facinate saloon for a long time .Initial days,I had the best service with their eyebrow threading and in the recent days their service is not great especially eyebrow shaping.New staffs are not doing great . I am so disappointed with a lady who did today .I think she did not understand what I was trying to say .I asked her to do medium size and she didn’t shape my eyebrows .It looks like she just took excess and looking excess in one side and other side thinner .I asked her ,I want thinner but she didn’t do any... read more
