Was really excited to try because I like the concept but saw this had a lot of negative reviews on the morning of my appointment. I paid for a 45 minute treatment but my facial was around 30. I pointed out that I went in at 12:48 and came out at 1:19. Facial itself was great but it’s too pricey to accept that on the chin.

I want to express my feelings about your employees Brenda currently at the West Hollywood location. She is rude an unhelpful. I can not begin to tell the depth of disappointment service she provided. I will continue to tell you how disappointed I am with your company FACEGYM.. I will no rest until I Recoup losses… I filed a former complaint with the BBB. Buyer beware !!!!!

Use to love this place but this time I’ve travelled all the way from Europe to have a treatment here and really looking forward to it and they denied it because when I was doing my form I accidentally pressed that I had Botox in the last two weeks. Now I would like to ask myself this question. How could I have Botox when I was pregnant?
