This is my third face gym location to have visited and I loved my service today with Danielle. She’s so knowledgeable and kind. Her touch was extremely skillful! I will definitely be back. These treatments always lift my face instantly!
I’ve been coming to this location for several years and was excited when the membership program was introduced—I signed up right away because I thought it was a great addition. However, I’ve experienced multiple ongoing issues with the membership itself, and getting in touch with the Member Services department typically takes several days. Was really excited to try because I like the concept but saw this had a lot of negative reviews on the morning of my appointment. I paid for a 45 minute treatment but my facial was around 30. I pointed out that I went in at 12:48 and came out at 1:19. Facial itself was great but it’s too pricey to accept that on the chin.
