Face Down assured me that they would file a claim with my insurance company for the rental of some face down equipment (which worked great by the way). Six months after the one week rental our credit card got hit with the charge directly. When we inquired and requested a detailed copy of the bill, we were told that they sometimes do not file insurance claims as they are often denied. The owner of this company, Lynne Luckow lacks all integrity. She owes myself along with at least 4 other employees pay for hours worked. (This is able to be verified by the City of Milwaukee) she falsifies accreditations and due to mismanagement of client health and financial information was forced to discontinue business. I would not trust her in any business, she owes a lot of people a lot of money. She is a thief.
Do not trust these people. After a year they charged me the same amount that my insurance would have paid. Never give them a CC #
Find the service through someplace else! Anything "off-shooting" from Healing Hands is NOT likely to heal but to steal.
