I've been coming here for over a year now, often for monthly microneedling facials and they never disappoint! Having never tried a carbon laser facial before, I was pleasantly surprised. It truly exceeded all my expectations, and my skin's texture feels incredibly refined. I saw noticeable changes after the first session, but I'm truly impressed by how much better the results are after this second one. The facility was clean, very comfortable, and provided a truly relaxing atmosphere. Moreover, the staff was so educated and professional explaining exactly what I needed from the treatment!!!
I Wish I Could Give Negative 100 Stars! This was, hands down, the worst customer experience I have ever had. I purchased a Groupon for a 90-minute facial, and when I tried to schedule the appointment, I was told they were booked out past the expiration date. So I asked for a refund—reasonable, right? Nope. I am extremely dissatisfied with the facial treatment I received at this establishment on February 22nd. The very same day, my face started burning intensely, which is both alarming and unacceptable. I started noticing scabbing and burn marks. This is not only uncomfortable but has also caused unnecessary distress.
