Why sell on Groupon if you don’t have any available appointment times? It’s nearly impossible to schedule, and even if you manage to align your own calendar and book something, you’ll receive an email saying your appointment is “under review.” My appointment is less than a week away and it’s still “under review.” No one ever answers the phone or responds to emails. This shows a complete lack of communication and respect for customers. I was able to cancel through Groupon, and I would not recommend this business to anyone.
First of all, I was running 10 minutes late, and I called, and the receptionist was absolutely sweet about it, and did not make me feel rushed. The establishment is clean and cozy. I did the 1hr teeth whitening treatment, and my teeth are now 8 shades whiter! Had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Thank you, and I will be back soon. My spouse wants to book an appointment just off of my smile now lol!
Nicole did an amazing job! I had my first dermaplaining ever and I can tell you this is the fanciest my face has ever felt. Very relaxing and thorough. Will return to her for future services. Update 3/31/26: Saga starts November 2025. Received an email with all the Black Friday package sales from Skinsational. Couldn't buy the package online and didn't want to miss the opportunity. My friend booked herself and I an appointment to get microneedling. First, it took almost 2 months to get an appointment because phone calls and messages were not returned or responded to. Finally was able to book in February and waited 1 ½ months for the appointments. Took off work (unpaid) and drove an hour to be told we don't have appointments.
