I Wish I Could Give Negative 100 Stars! This was, hands down, the worst customer experience I have ever had. I purchased a Groupon for a 90-minute facial, and when I tried to schedule the appointment, I was told they were booked out past the expiration date. So I asked for a refund—reasonable, right? Nope. I am extremely dissatisfied with the facial treatment I received at this establishment on February 22nd. The very same day, my face started burning intensely, which is both alarming and unacceptable. I started noticing scabbing and burn marks. This is not only uncomfortable but has also caused unnecessary distress. Nicole did an amazing job! I had my first dermaplaining ever and I can tell you this is the fanciest my face has ever felt. Very relaxing and thorough. Will return to her for future services.

A friend gave me a Groupon for a facial and I'm so happy I used it. The entire experience was great! Everyone's so kind and helpful there. She went above and beyond, really can't say enough good things. Hopefully I can go back.

Nicole was very kind and informative. We appreciated all of her suggestions and detailed explanation of what we were seeing on the Ultrasound. She took the time to answer any questions we had and was very helpful. Looking forward to returning when we are farther along to see baby’s face :)
