All the trainers are personable and invested in the members' well being. The atmosphere is positive and inviting. The functional fitness classes are awesome, especially since they can be modified to match an individuals current fitness level. Fun and challenging.
I’ve been a member of FYF for several years now, and I truly appreciate the care the coaches put into the programming and the warm, welcoming, nonjudgmental atmosphere they’ve created.
