Upon arrival I noticed that the venue looks dark and unprofessional. The lady that was doing my legs was lovely however she did not do a very good job. My waxing experience let’s say I was still hairy. I like to talk during my service, on this occasion another lady rudely told me to be quiet as someone else was having a massage. The room its self was not floor to ceiling. It should have not mattered if I was talking or saying ouch. Love Face to Face! The team are very knowledgeable about the science behind their treatments. You can tell they love what they do and they are very good at it. They are also kind, welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Got a voucher to use for facial and thoroughly enjoyed it! So relaxing i definitely fell asleep, sorry if i snored! XD The products used smelled lovely and calming. I think i will be booking more visits when i need some time away from the kids.
