The customer service was great at first and he was very nice. However after receiving my chemical peel my face did not peel at all or look any different, I tried reaching out multiple times and I received no response.
Stumbling across the Face Studio was a great surprise. Brandon operates from his place of residence but the spa room was nothing short of other studios. You were greeted at the door and walked right into where the magic happens. He is knowledgeable with his craft and able to give you what your face needs. Very professional, relaxing environment. He is also very quick to respond to phone calls and text messages which is very important. I will be booking another facial soon! Such a sweet touch
Face studios was FaBulous.! Young fresh posh and nothing short of relaxation. Honestly Brandon is a professional, is extremely knowledgeable at what he’s doing. He taught me a lot about my face and maintaining it.. like who does that these days even gave me so many samples. !!!. All around was what I look for in a intimate professional day spa . I support this small business fa sho.
I have had a few sessions with the owner of this Studio and each time I leave feeling more than amazing and looking better! As a multiracial person with very sensitive skin, Mr. Tyus always ensures to ask and inform me of the products and process. I appreciate the sense of professionalism and general feel of welcoming. Definitely try this Studio if looking for professional and quality esthetician services.
He’s all about satisfying his customers! Great experience and very relaxing. I will be back for additional services.
