I saw Gretchen at face refinery Jax for my first facial as someone who started dealing with acne in her 20s. Gretchen was professional, thorough, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole time. It was so relaxing, and she is so kind! Gretchen is hands-down the best. I’ve had multiple facial throughout my life, and The Divine Dermaplaning facial with Gretchen is literally the best one I’ve ever had.
