Gretchen is the sweetest! She does a great job and my skin feels so clean, moisturized and plump afterwards. She makes you feel very comfortable and has a great energy. Her space is clean, cozy and inviting. Thankful that I found her as my facial girl.
I saw Gretchen at face refinery Jax for my first facial as someone who started dealing with acne in her 20s. Gretchen was professional, thorough, and really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole time. It was so relaxing, and she is so kind! Gretchen is hands-down the best. I’ve had multiple facial throughout my life, and The Divine Dermaplaning facial with Gretchen is literally the best one I’ve ever had. I have never had my eyebrows laminated & tinted before. I really did not know what to expect, but from the minute I walked in the door Gretchen was so welcoming, nice, and professional. Her studio is so clean & relaxing. My brows look AMAZING. It is so nice to have eyebrows again that have a personality & purpose!
