So kind and delicate. They let me charge my phone when my sister was being seen. They did beautiful work on my sisters teeth! Love them!
I’m a new patient here. I’ve always had severe anxiety with dentists which led to me neglecting my dental care until it became urgent. I took a chance on a new dentist and I’m SO glad I did! 🙌 Not only is this my new dental office, but also my go-to for esthetic care. They truly are a one-stop shop—offering everything from dental cleanings to Botox, peels, fillers, and more. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mike for a couple of years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. Appointments are consistently overbooked. I’ve waited up to two hours just to be seen, followed by another hour once seated. During procedures, I’ve been numbed and then left waiting for extended periods, which feels unnecessary and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. My experience with Face, Teeth & Lips and Dr. Caldone in New York was extremely disappointing. I underwent what was supposed to be a full reconstruction procedure, but the work was never properly completed. The level of communication and professionalism throughout the process was extremely poor. Scheduling appointments was difficult, follow-ups were inconsistent, and emails often went unanswered.
