Got my wisdom teeth removed today, after my dentist sent a referral last week and I got a call on Monday about it and was in on Friday as one of my teeth had a hole so they got me in right away. The office staff was nice and informative, Dr. Gray was excellent and explained what the process would be and how long it would take. I was out to sleep and the nurse that put the needle in my hand told me I would feel a little pinch and a couple minutes after that I was out cold. Didn't even remember the procedure. Dr Gray and his team are absolutely wonderful! Of all my teeth, my front tooth was the one that needed extraction and implant (6 months later). For both procedures, Dr Gray and Erika were patient, kind, calm and made the process easy. I opted to NOT have anesthesia and they continued to check on me throughout the procedure to ensure I was OK. I felt absolutely nothing!!! 100% recommend Dr Gray to my friends and family!!! Thanks again for the wonderful care!
If Hell is on Earth, it's located right inside of Face and Jaw. The clinician and office managers are rude, dismissive, unaccountable liars. They messed up my paperwork and made excuses for it, deflected and after 3 calls, 4 arguments and tears asking that they see me to address the paperwork, post op pain, brusies and concerns I had, they didn't agree until I told them I'd go get a second opinion which I was already getting to and then said regardless of the outcome(even if severe, mind you) that they still aren't going to ... read more
Does anyone like going to a dental surgeon? Probably not BUT Face and Jaws makes it their mission to be professional and make it as low anxiety as possible. I have had two appointments with them. Both times they make sure I remember my appointment, above and beyond what they should have to (we are adults, aren’t we?) I had not responded as I should have so they called instead of text.
