The services are good, and cheaper than western owned salons. It’s clean. The ladies are very nice. But little things bug add up to be annoying: 1) They don’t accept Amex. 2) They don’t have Tap To Pay. 3) There’s just one trash can in the whole place except the bathroom. It’s a tiny can. I was there at 4:30 on a Friday and the trash cans were to the brim. No one thought of to change the garbage bags. 4) They insist that you put these stupid plastic covers over your shoes. A nice luxurious spa in Chinatown! I walked past them and decided to give them a go. The spot is decorated so nicely, it feels very relaxing. I got the deep cleansing pore facial ($139) and my esthetician Ada was very thorough and gentle with the extractions. The whole facial was 2 hours and she gave me a nice lengthy massage.
