It was my first visit to Face Foundry and Dom was fantastic giving me just the right amount of information whilst still allowing me to relax during the service. The salon is spotlessly clean and well run. I just wish the service took longer !
I was introduced to Face Foundry via Facebook and thought the advertised special would be a great way to get to know them. It exceeded all my expectations. The facilities are clean, beautiful and welcoming. Dom, who looked after me, was amazing. Just a lovely person who happens to be great at what she does. My skin feels fresh, hydrated and smooth. I’ve already booked my next appointment/treatment to continue this journey. I’ve always been quite slack with my skincare, this will now change!
I wish I could give zero star for my experience. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel people should be aware before choosing their service. From the very beginning, the service has been frustrating. I was given a quotation for my treatment, but once the session started, the price kept increasing. I was told the “colleague gave the wrong quote” and that the price I was given was for half face-which makes absolutely no sense, because no one gives a half-face quote unless it’s clearly stated. I recently had the Secret RF microneedling at Face Foundry with Ilenia and was incredibly impressed. Illenia is knowledgeable and professional whilst being super friendly and relaxed. She checked in on me throughout to make sure I was comfortable and even text me a few days later to see how I was after my treatment and if I had any questions. I have booked in for another new treatment after her advice and am looking forward to starting my skin journey with Face Foundry.
Ilenia is very experienced and professional I had rf microneedling treatment done she took the time to explain everything felt very comfortable threw out the procedure highly recommended Ilenia and Face Foundry
