Kristen is excellent !!!!! She did derma planing and a hydra facial and both were fantastic . She really has a passion for the work that she does and making her clients feel comfortable and relaxed during the process . Looking forward to ongoing facials with her every month.
Kind of upset for my first experience here. I booked a hydrafacial over the phone and also had asked about what could be added - what’s not listed online or over the phone (or even in person when you check in) is if you want manual extraction you have to ask to add it. It wasn’t something mentioned in the initial consultation either. So if this is something you want, you have to be vocal about it early. I visited earlier this week for a facial and under eye treatment, I’m really impressed with how good my skin looks days later. My makeup is going on much nicer these days. The products they used actually did what they were intended for and I still have a glow All the staff were lovely and it was a really nice experience. Thank you
