I went in for the first time in a while with Jacquelyn R and left feeling so happy and much more confident. She was very attentive to the tiniest detail making sure everything was perfect. To say the least she absolutely slayed and I will be booking with her again.
I was just trying to find a facial spa near me since my favorite esthetician is all the way in Edina. However, I'm a bit disappointed with the service. I got cut and scratches after dermaplaning here. I called and told them about the issue, and the manager was nice and offer free mini treatment. But honestly I'm just going to suck it up and drive all the way to Edina for my esthetician 🥲. Also, I don't think they did much for extraction, which is not what I'm used to. I am editing my previous review. I recently had my second facial here and it was amazing. The price of services is reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience. It’s important to know that this is not necessarily a spa atmosphere. It’s a large room with several beds divided by curtains. However, the recent facial I had was definitely spa quality. It was very relaxing and my skin feels great. I saw Alayna, who I would highly recommend! She definitely made the experience what I was hoping for.
