I was just trying to find a facial spa near me since my favorite esthetician is all the way in Edina. However, I'm a bit disappointed with the service. I got cut and scratches after dermaplaning here. I called and told them about the issue, and the manager was nice and offer free mini treatment. I am editing my previous review. I recently had my second facial here and it was amazing. The price of services is reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience. It’s important to know that this is not necessarily a spa atmosphere. It’s a large room with several beds divided by curtains. However, the recent facial I had was definitely spa quality. It was very relaxing and my skin feels great. I saw Alayna, who I would highly recommend! She definitely made the experience what I was hoping for.
I’m quite disappointed with this place. The facial was decent, but the atmosphere is terrible. It’s like a large, bright warehouse-style room. There are curtains as room dividers, and the music playing is not relaxing. You can easily hear everyone’s conversations. The atmosphere is so far from relaxing that it’s hard to enjoy the facial.
My esthetician Maddie is incredible! Very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. The facial was relaxing and my skin looked amazing afterward. Highly recommend!
