I was enormously impressed by the professionalism and competency with which the work was done. A more excellent oral surgeon can't be found anywhere.
I would absolutely NEVER go here for any type of surgery ever. I got my wisdom teeth removed here about 4 weeks ago and have had nothing but absolute problems. To start off the day of my surgery I never saw Dr Lee ONCE. He wasn't in the room before I got knocked out nor was he there after I woke up. Which felt extremely odd considering he was the one performing such surgery on me. On around day 3-4 after my surgery I started having severe pain in my mouth. I arrived 20 minutes early as requested, but I ended up waiting additional 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with no update or explanation. It is very disrespectful of my time. I canceled the appointment and will be looking for another Dr. — I guess it happened for a reason.
The facility is very clean and well maintained, the front desk staff were polite but I overheard them speaking unprofessionally about other patients on the phone. I get it, I’m a receptionist too and I know first hand people can be rude or hard to understand, but they should be mindful about discussing it in front of patients. My overall experience with the consult wasn’t bad, but it’s feels very privatized and therefore VERY expensive. Dr Darichuk is a very professional oral surgeon who evidently takes his job seriously. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed with no complications despite my complex case. The rest of the team was great too!
